The Invitation

“The heart is the smaller cousin of the sun.

  It sees and knows everything.

It hears the gnashing even as it hears the blessing.

The door to the mind should only open from the heart.

                                                                                     – JOY HARJO

Radical Heart is for you wishing to have a better quality of relationship with yourself and to experience a life that feels better than good.

This embodied approach facilitates transformative integration in all domains of your life, meaning it does not discount any part of you. I hope that what you find here will assist you in rediscovering your Self, developing positive intra-relationality and radically improve the felt sense of the quality of the relationship you have with yourself.

Do you have a desire to repair the relationship you have with yourself? Perhaps you are struggling to forgive yourself? Or suffering from self doubt? Do you find it difficult establishing boundaries in intimate or professional relationships? Do you prioritise the needs of others over your own? Are you constantly depleted of energy? Or lacking willpower to make a change? Do you feel disconnected from the life you are living? Or unsure of what to do with the life that stretches in front of you? Perhaps you have had a non-ordinary experience that you trying to name or integrate?

Whether you are navigating a major life transition, burnt-out, or ready to begin living a life of your own choosing, what I offer here is a framework for reconnecting you with your totality, plugging you back into the source of all limitless generative capacity.

As your guide, I have undertaken this very journey myself and know only too well the challenges and the rewards. If you are ready to experience the promise of a life that feels better than good, the time to start is now.
