Radical Heart Groupwork

Groupwork

This is a self-encounter group in which we can get to know how own process better, it is a relational group led process where the focus is on the here and now. The group is not intended as a substitute for psycho-therapeutic containment.

Themes we explore emerge from the lived experience of the group. These may include relationship with self and others, family, loss, grief, meaning and purpose (Who am I? Why am I here?), sexuality, identity, boundaries, values, embodiment, connection, transitions, and transpersonal inquiry. The learning is experiential and embodied, happening in real time.

We will engage with mindful centring practices, gentle somatic movement, group reflection, and dyad work as we practice deep listening and compassionate witnessing. Groups run for 6 sessions bi-monthly and are closed groups. This means group members commit to attending all sessions and no new members are able to join once a group commences.

2hr 30mins | 6 Sessions | £180
