Radical Heart returns to the magical portal of Helford on Sunday 21st July 2024 for a Summer Day Retreat nestled in the beautiful tranquil nature of the Otford North Downs.

The day will be led by myself alongside a special guest or two! Offered to delight your spirit is a variety of wellness supporting practices:

Zen Yoga & Embodied Movement | Mindfulness | Meditation | Reiki

Sonic Healing | Breathwork | Journalling | Self-directed Massage

You can choose to do as much or as little as you desire. Move your body, clear your head, treat yourself, and ground in nature in the designated quiet zone.

We will close with a Tea Ceremony and offerings of divine vegan treats to nourish our body. You will leave feeling renewed and with plenty of self-care techniques that you can continue to experiment with.

Come to be nourished in this private sanctuary, with time to give yourself what you need, and find yourself in community.

Note: the retreat will be held on private land outdoors with no plumbed toilet facilities. There will be a dedicated loo path with hand mattock & bamboo loo roll available :) Nearest station is Otford, a short stroll away. Free parking available on nearby roads.
